You Should Use These Sweet Animal Crossing: New Leaf Custom Tiles

Are you enjoying Animal Crossing: New Leaf on Nintendo 3DS? If so, then screw you, because I don’t own the game and your happiness is like poison to me. Now to more serious matters: You may want some help with your New Leaf experience.

Yes, the vanilla town of any Animal Crossing is enough to get giddy about for quite some time, with trees to plant at whim, plants to trim with glee and so on. However, those damned custom designs can make it so much better, but those are also so gosh darned hard to make.

We feel your pain of being completely creatively inept. Luckily, the internet is a horn of plenty for artists with free time and a copy of the game. That’s why we thought you’d appreciate this set of custom tiles we found on image host imgur, so you can install special paths, get some fine new clothes and even make makeshift cats. What? Yes, you can make your own cat, somehow. You probably didn’t even think of that, did you?

Don’t worry about the finesse aspect, as the Nintendo 3DS can simply scan special QR codes for each custom tile set. We’ll post all of these below. Now go enjoy your precious Animal Crossing: New Leaf, you lovable scoundrel. You’re welcome.

Got some more Animal Crossing QR codes to share? Post them here and we’ll add them to the list!

Edit: We see a ton of you are viewing the galleries, for which we can only thank you. Just a reminder: Make sure you click “view full size” in the bottom right corner of the gallery, to ensure you have a big, clear QR scan code for your Nintendo 3DS to see. We’ll post a picture of what that looks like.
