In a bit of a spoiler, Telltale Games just released a screenshot of The Walking Dead on Facebook with characters for Season 2 of the game. Its adventure will continue with Clementine from Season 1, but will also see the reappearance of Omid.
This young male gets picked up by the original group in episode 3 from the first season, but then he parts ways with protagonist Lee in the grand finale, together with his girlfriend Christa. It’s not yet confirmed if she’ll still be alive as well.
The image in question has the two known characters meet up somewhere around Gil’s Pitstop, which is used as a pivotal point in the 400 Days downloadable content for the game.
Don’t worry if you’re concerned about spoilers, as there are still many factors unknown by the teaser image. For instance, it isn’t said whether this emergence is dependent of prior choices or not and that is a big part of this conversational adventure title.
The first episode of Season 2 from the Walking Dead should release this month for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 and be called “All That Remains.”
It’s a Halloween miracle; Ubisoft has dropped their Uplay Passport limiting content in Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. It was previously used to access multiplayer, but also single player content and came in the form of a redeemable code upon purchase of a new copy. It will now be made available for anyone through a free download. Those that have already bought a Uplay Passport are advised to contact their respective Ubisoft support network.
Even better: Ubisoft has announced that “Uplay Passport will not be a part of any future Ubisoft games.” Furthermore, the company states that as games are blurring lines between what’s online and offline, “recognized that Passport is no longer the best approach for ensuring that all our customers have the best possible experience with all facets of our games.”
We agree. It’s as simple as that.
Publisher Deep Silver has announced the release of more downloadable content for Metro: Last Light, dubbed the Chronicles Pack. It’s available now for €4.99 and contains three additional missions.
In this pack, players will return to some key moments mentioned in the game, as seen from their companions’ perspective. For instance, Anna takes point with her sniper rifle in the opening mission of the game. Additionally, we get to see how Artyom’s traveling buddy, Pavel, gets to be in the position where you meet him in the game. Finally, your spiritual guide, Khan, explores more strange visions.
Deep Silver announced that this is the final piece of content for the game. We have screenshots, as always.
