Capcom released more footage for the prominently displayed Rachel character. Unfortunately for some, there will be fewer boobs, as the game is still played over the shoulder. If that should deter you from watching what’s ahead: She does rotate her front to the camera periodically to kick, for reasons.
Her character also arrives in a ditzy fashion, by proclaiming: “Rachel is on the scene!” It reminds us a bit of Lollipop Chainsaw, but in a good way. Survival horror doesn’t inherently need to be all serious all of the time. Purists can still enjoy some strange abominations trying to eat her alive. One is even a torso with cleavage and monstrous appendages; again, for reasons.
The frame per frame build shows exactly where the camera snaps its angle. Yes, there…
Capcom released some interesting new shots for the HD port of Resident Evil Revelations. Newcomer Rachel joins Hunk as a new playable character and she does so in a rather revealing fashion.
This results in screenshots focusing on her boobs sticking out of her wetsuit, front and center, while she back kicks a monster or two. Clearly, that kick couldn’t have been performed regularly, for reasons.
Sneers aside, some screenshots also reveal the exclusive Wii U functionalities with the GamePad, which adds the possibility of having quirky little messages on the screen.
Resident Evil Revelations will launch on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Wii U in North America on May 21, 2013 and in Europe on May 24.
Crossover experts Capcom have prepared a special treat for PC fans. In collaboration with Valve, the PC version of Resident Evil 6 will merge with that of Left 4 Dead 2. This might help boost sales from the disappointing sixth iteration in the series. We’ll list what each game will respectively receive below:
Resident Evil 6:
- Play as Coach, Nick, Ellis or Rochelle in The Mercenaries No Mercy Mode (TMNMN).
- The Witch and Mini Tank infected zombies appear in TMNMN.
- Available for free starting April 5, 2013.
Left 4 Dead 2:
- Three new enemies: Lepotitsa, Napad and Ogroman.
- New challenge with cross infections.
- Avaialble for free this spring.
There is an interview trailer for this project, as well as a batch of screenshots. We’re glad to share those with you as well. I bet they were thinking of a way to trump the announcement of Saints Row IV today. This might work.
