Publisher Daedalic Entertainment is branching off some of its franchises with the announcement of Deponia: The Puzzle and Edna & Harvey: The Puzzle. These spinoffs will release for mobile devices in early March of 2014.
In both titles, you’ll partake in a straightforward puzzle game, where you’ll assemble pieces, resulting in piecing together backgrounds from the main game releases. There are 96 puzzles in total, which span over the Deponia trilogy and Edna & Harvey series. Any given level can contain up to 190 pieces.
There are three modes to play, with an additional Versus player mode. In the Search & Find single mode, you’ll need to obtain the correct piece to fit on a certain spot. Other games require puzzling via Drag & Drop.
Deponia: The Puzzle and Edna & Harvey: The Puzzle will be available for both iOS and Android at a price of $1.99 or €1.79. Screenshots for both titles are available.
