There’s some new content in The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, namely the Defense Crafting mechanism that was hinted at back when the Hero roster event was revealed. It’s now possible to create new traps and versatile creatures from loot and tombstones found while attacking other castles.
With Defense Crafting, the developers want to bring in more variety into dungeon defense. This way, one and the same creature can be put down with different specializations. To promote the new content, The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot has expanded the enemy roster with some more units, such as a nasty spider or even the powerful dragon boss of the world.
Moreover, Defense Crafting introduced Wanted Creatures and Traps, which are timed events where special items can be unlocked. This starts off with General Pow, a shaman that can transform chickens into walking bombs.
The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot is a free-to-play title from Ubisoft, available on PC. That’s why it did the whole Watch Dogs thing a while back. It’s out on Steam as well, if you’re a fan of that.
