It’s only been a week since publisher Capcom released Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition for PC on Steam. While it currently sells like hotcakes for the full price of €49.99, it’s already possible to get a Steam copy for €30.
This weekend, digital retailer Funstock is already hacking at the open world zombie game and slicing 25% off the price. That will put the game up for €37.71, but Dead Rising 3 isn’t done going down. At the checkout or in your basket, you can apply the following voucher:
Doing so, the game will further drop to €30.17.
That’s not too bad for a new release, we’d say. If you were still on the fence about it, this should help motivate you. Furthermore, Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition is loaded with downloadable content (DLC) in the form of four Untold Stories of Los Perdidos episodes. It has more weapons, protagonists and so on. It’s a jolly old time.
Still, there is more DLC to come. At E3 2014, Capcom unveiled Super Ultra Dead Rising 3′ Arcade Remix Hyper Edition EX Plus Alpha. This ridiculous title infused the franchise’s original humor back into the game on Xbox One. It didn’t carry over to PC just yet, but it’s likely that, like many other Microsoft titles, there’s some timed exclusivity going on. We’d speculate that it will come over at soe point, whenever it seems convenient.
Until then, go grab Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition on Funstock here.
